修改一下你电脑本地系统的DNS，可以试试谷歌和Cloudflare的试试，或者使用阿里云的公用DNS试试。另外，如果你电脑以前使用过其他代理客户端，重置一下系统的网络设置到默认，然后重新配置你的客户端。

推荐以后使用原生BBR就行，你这种情况可能是BBR切换内核导致的，以后直接启用原生BBR，不需要切换内核，也不需要安装新代码。
